If you aren’t satisfied with our product, or it doesn’t suit your style you can return it. We always see room for innovation and improvement. Email official@navifish.com to initiate a return within 30 days of receiving the product. Our customer service staff will give you personalized instructions on how to complete the return process.
Please provide:
Name and Order Number
Place of purchase (i.e. Adonit website, Amazon)
Feedback on the product, and your reasons for returning it.
A refund will be issued only if the return has been initiated within 30 days of receiving the product and completed following all return instructions, including:
Item must be in like new condition, operational, in original packaging and including any accessories.
Item must be received by Adonit’s Returns Center within 14 calendar days of your email return request.
You are responsible for shipping the return item back to Adonit, including any shipping fees.
Once we receive the item(s) we will verify the condition of the merchandise, process the return, issue a refund, and send you a return confirmation by email. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please note:
The initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You are responsible for making sure that the product is returned to Adonit in working order.
We recommend using a service that will insure the product against loss/damage.
We will not issue a refund for merchandise damaged during the return shipping process.
If you received the wrong item, your item is not working upon initial use, or has other damage or defects upon arrival, contact official@navifish.com and we’ll be happy to help resolve these issues
